Shipping Policy


1、Please choose the following option for local warehouse delivery. We will directly dispatch the goods to you from our distribution center, and it will take approximately 3-7 business days for delivery. Remote areas may require longer delivery times.

2、Our European warehouse is now operational. Parcels are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

The European warehouse is available for the following countries: Germany, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

3、For customers in other global countries and regions, please select the following option: China warehouse. We will dispatch the items to you via FedEx International service, and depending on your address, it will take approximately 15-20 business days for delivery. We apologize in advance for the higher shipping costs, and unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping for these orders. You can add multiple items to make shipping costs more cost-effective.

4、We do not charge any sales tax or export tax. If your parcel undergoes inspection by the customs department in your country/region upon arrival, uwinvape will cover import duties, tariffs, and taxes. In the event of product confiscation by customs in your country/region, uwinvape will assume the associated responsibility.

5、If you order many products, your order may be divided into several packages with different tracking numbers. If, due to logistics reasons, you do not receive the package in the end, we will take responsibility for all losses, and you can receive a full refund.

The products displayed on the uwinvape website are intended for the international market. Standard versions are generally shipped. If you have special requirements, please leave us a message. Some products are currently on pre-sale. Please pay attention to the shipping date mentioned in the description.

6、If your package is not delivered within 25 working days after shipment, please contact our support team at service@vapesolo.com for either a reshipment of another package or a refund.

7、If your items are damaged, lost, or incorrect, you must email us within 48 hours of the package’s delivery. Once your claim is submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you in rectifying the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide reshipping or replacement services internationally.
